Homeowners Sue Pulte Homes

Story in the Albuquerque Journal:

Fifty-six people living in Pulte homes built in the past couple of years on the West Side are suing the national home builder alleging shoddy construction and deceitful business practices. (..)"From its inception, Seville's development by Pulte has been pock-marked with the shoddiest construction practices, whereby Pulte has taken such practices to new lows," the lawsuit states.

Once before I moved here, when visiting a friend in Albuquerque who lived in on Westside, I asked her how she liked her home. She told me it was OK but it was made out of "spit and cardboard".

I have similar problem. I leave in pulte house Central Park I, Canton, MI. Cracks all over the house.
