In the Albuquerque Journal is news of about Marchiondo's son, his 9 DWI arrests and the DA's valiant effort to get at least one of them to stick. The funny line:
Brandenburg said Marchiondo wasn't given special treatment. ...
OK, so maybe it's more sad than funny.
Before
the January trial date, Marchiondo's father talked about the case with
Brandenburg. The DA told the Journal that the elder Marchiondo said to
her "in passing" that the six-month rule had expired.
