Manny's Privacy

Announcement from up north (Santa Fe New Mexican) is that the Highlands University Regents have put President Manny Aragon on leave.  They decided this on Tuesday.  The news reached the rest of state, by carrier pigeon, late Wednesday.  The Regents aren't saying why.  A vague statement was made by the Board Chairman Javier Gonzales who said the matter was private.  But I don't think so.  I think this is about some public construction projects.
